About 40% of all the systems we manufacture are custom. We have built many systems that support as many as (6) in-line cleaners in a single footprint. We welcome the challenge and opportunity to build unique equipment.
Medium-to-high volume, chemistry cleaning, or areas with poor incoming facilities water can benefit by integrating a reverse osmosis (RO) system. All the make-up water can be passed through a (RO) unit removing 96 to 98% of all the miscellaneous total dissolved solids. The (RO) pre-treatment step will extend the longevity of the ion exchange columns, sometimes dramatically and that saves money.
Chemistry cleaning applications are ideally suited for the Ultra-loop. State-of-the-art in-line cleaning systems divert water from the recirculating rinse to supply the chemical isolation (CI) rinse section (1 to 2 GPM). The Ultra-loop's onboard (RO) system efficiently replenishes the water lost to the (CI) rinse. In addition, an appropriately sized in-line booster heater can be added to compensate for the temperature drop from incoming water. The Ultra-loop platform has the inherent design flexibility to cost effectively support a world class in-line chemistry cleaning process.
Value-loop w/integrated DI Water Booster Heater
The Value-loop is historically REsys's most popular platform. It is an economical package to efficiently support a busy in-line PCB cleaning system. The system is installed in close proximity to the cleaner, which allows it to be gravity fed eliminating the cost of a sump pump / transfer station.
In addition to the operating cost savings, the initial capital costs are equal to or less than an open loop heated DI water system. With an open loop system a tap water DI system is required, as well as a high powered DI water compatible heater. A well REsys closed loop will provide heated DI water at a consistent flow and pressure rate while conserving both water and energy. Process control is improved with a state-of-the-art closed loop system. All the fluid dynamics are managed and water quality is continuously monitored. Alarms sense high level, low pressure, and low water quality conditions.
The Aqueous cleaning process is optimized by recycling most or all the process water. Recycling offers the following savings;

Aqua-Loop is a larger platform and be installed in a remote location. A larger pump and holding tank provide additional capacity to place the equipment off the main production floor. In applications that do not allow effluent discharge, the onboard tank can store the cleaner's water content during routine maintenance. The Aqua-loop can be factory upgraded to support (2) in-line cleaning systems. In general terms, the Aqua-loop is a medium to high volume platform.
