Portable Deionization Service:

REsys offers a full range of tank sizes, which may be purchased or rented, to match a variety of applications and financial constraints.  Only high quality resins are used, and our ion exchange process is carefully controlled per our in-house developed regeneration procedure.  Each tank is methodically tracked through a rigorous quality control process.   

                              

The regeneration plant has been custom made to meet our stringent requirements.  Our in-house DI water plant is state-of-the-art which includes the following features:

  • 5000 gallon storage tank (high quality long rinses)
  • High capacity reverse osmosis system
  • Redundant pump system for zero downtime
  • Anti-bacteria and TOC reducing UV system
  • 84 kW DI water heating system for unlimited heated DI water
  • Compliant effluent discharge system
  • multitude of instrumentation to ensure reliable process control

Several vessel sizes are available:  (.25 ft.3 to 30 ft.3)
