Choosing the appropriate water purification technique depends on the parameters of the application. REsys has an installed base of over 400 water management systems on five continents supporting printed circuit board assemblers. Our unparalleled process knowledge is vital in selecting the correct water filtration technique to provide the most repeatable and cost effective solution. Heat recovery is a used in basic rinsing application or in combination with more sophisticated system components. This often-overlooked process is an easy way to stop sending hot water "$" down the drain. Typically closed loop water recycling is the most effective means to support a PCB cleaning system. However, certain applications do not lend themselves to cost effective closed loop recycling. Efficient open loop options exists.
