REsys designs and manufactures equipment to provide pure water, water recycling capability, energy conservation and to facilitate environmental regulatory compliance.  Virtually any industrial requirement for purified, heated water and/or treatment or recycling of effluent can be processed with REsys equipment.  We primarily support precision cleaning requirements such as printed circuit boards (PCB’s), electrical components, memory modules, semiconductors and other applications that need heated, purified water.  The application buttons to the left link to more detailed information on the processes briefly described below.

  • Many of our systems support the PCB industry.  We have a diverse product line geared toward maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of batch and in-line circuit board cleaning.  REsys can also be a valuable partner and information resource in helping with effluent regulatory compliance.

 

  • Laser manufacturers require deionized water to pass through internal heat exchangers.  REsys offers custom built deionized water systems with cooling capability to improve the burn in process.  Consistent water quality and temperature stability are key components to a cost efficient and high quality burn in process.

 

  • A wide variety of manufacturing operations require deionized water for production processes.  Heated, purified water and the associated management and process monitoring equipment are our primary areas of expertise.
