NEW AND INTERESTING PRODUCTS:

Model 104 Dual Transfer Station

With many new chemistries available to meet today’s cleaning challenges, multiple waste streams from contemporary cleaners must often be managed.  The Model 104 Dual Transfer Station provides the capability to pump multiple waste streams to different locations.  Its compact footprint and low capital and installation costs make it a good option when more than a single waste stream must be managed.

In a common scenario, cleaner rinse water is pumped to a recycle system for reuse, while the chemical drag-out is pumped through heavy metal removal tanks and then to pH neutralization prior to drain release.  NOTE:  Chemistry characteristics and local discharge regulations will dictate the best technology selection for compliant drain release.

Utility Sink w/integrated Discharge Pump

Recently, REsys received a request from a Beaverton, OR company to design and build a utility sink.  The utility sink needed to be ESD (electrostatic discharge) compliant, DI water compatible, durable and aesthetically pleasing.  REsys responded with a robust system that will support a variety of rinsing scenarios (wave solder fixtures, screen printer components, etc.).  The unit can be located anywhere, because the evacuation pump, particulate and heavy metals removal filters are located underneath the drip tray.

Notable Features:

  • Stainless Steel Skin for ESD Grounding
  • Heavy duty stainless steal sink and tray
  • Flexible spray wand
  • DI Water compatible plumbing and controls
  • High level controls to stop incoming water
  • Stainless steel discharge pump
  • Particulate trap to minimize build up in tank (unique concept)
  • Additional particulate filtration with integrated heavy metals removal
  • NEMA electrical enclosure
  • UL Labeled for safety and compliance
